Steak Marinade
This recipe is good for 2 steaks.
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tablespoons worcestershire sauce (I prefer Beerenberg brand)
- 1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
freshly ground pepper - 1 teaspoons french mustard
- 1 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
Method
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Place steak in a plastic bag and pour in marinade.
Marinade the steak for 1 hour at room temperature or 24 hours in the refrigerator. If refrigerating, bring steaks close to room temperature 1/2 hour before cooking.
